Get the HubSpot access token

You can activate the HubSpot integration in Prepr with the following steps:

1. Log in to HubSpot and click the icon to open the settings.
2. In the left navigation, expand the Integrations option, and click Private Apps.
3. Click the Create a private app button and enter a Name for the app in the Basic info section.
4. Click the Scopes tab and click the + Add new scope button. Under the CRM section, select the cmr.lists.read and the crm.schemas.contacts.read scopes. Click the Update button.
5. Finally, click the Create app button to generate the access token.
6. Make sure to copy the access token and keep it in a safe place.

Activate HubSpot in Prepr

Now that you have the HubSpot access token, you can activate the HubSpot integration in Prepr as follows:

1. Log in to your Prepr account and go to Settings → Integrations and choose HubSpot. Click the Activate button.

2. In the HubSpot app screen, paste the copied Access token value and click the Save button.

That's it. You’ve connected Prepr to HubSpot making the HubSpot lists available in your Prepr segments.

Include HubSpot contacts in your Prepr segments

To include HubSpot contacts in your Prepr segments, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Segments → + Add segment.

2. In the default condition, click the view link open the Filter options.

3. Open the HubSpot tab and click the Lists link.

4. You can then choose one or more of your HubSpot lists from the drop down. Click Save to create the HubSpot segment.
